Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all free and paid software products and services offered through the online shop prestaify.com (hereinafter: "Provider") to consumers (§ 13 BGB) and business customers (§ 14 BGB).

3. Offer and Contract Formation
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Errors and omissions excepted.
3.2 By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email immediately after receipt, or when we make the software available to you.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (André Wunsch, Udestedter Str. 46A, 99198 Ollendorf, hello@prestaify.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if the Provider has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and the consumer has acknowledged that their right of withdrawal is forfeited upon commencement of performance.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 All prices stated on the product pages are net prices, exclusive of the applicable statutory VAT.
5.2 Payment is processed via PayPal. Through the PayPal checkout process, you may also pay by credit card or direct debit without a PayPal account.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
All software products provided are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable license to use the software on one (1) domain (single-store license), unless a multi-domain license has been expressly purchased. Redistribution, reproduction, or decompilation of the software is prohibited without prior written permission.
7. Liability
The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions. For ordinary negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
8. Severability
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Verbal agreements require written confirmation to be binding.
9. Additional Information
Ordering Process
Products can be added to the cart without obligation by clicking "Add to Cart." You can review and modify the contents of your cart at any time. Registration is required to complete an order, as it is necessary to provide digital content and licenses in your customer account. The process can be cancelled at any time by closing the browser.
Download and Licensing (Auto-Activation)
After a successful order, your modules will be available for download in your customer account under "My Downloads."
Your license key can be found in the "My Licenses" section of your account.
You do not need to pre-register your domain manually.
The license binds automatically to your domain as soon as you enter and activate the license key in the configuration of the installed module within your PrestaShop.
Services
Service items are not automated downloads. Please contact us before placing an order to align on scope and units for your project.
